Position Overview:

As a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing lease and sales transactions on behalf of property owners, investors, and tenants. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is looking for uncapped income potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, referrals, and local market research
  • Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties
  • Conduct market analyses and property valuations
  • Create marketing materials and property listings
  • Tour available properties with clients and provide strategic real estate solutions
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate trends, zoning, and development projects
  • Collaborate with senior broker to execute transactions efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one quickly)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate or a background in sales, finance, or business is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, etc.) is beneficial
